BUILT FOR
DATA-DRIVEN
COACHES.

Ten years of coaching people and reviewing their training every week taught us what we needed. The best tool on the market until then was a Drive folder, so we built the one we needed.

Unique features
01
Twelve methods
Sets and reps and AMRAP circuits, timed holds, and band assists, to fit all your clients' needs.
02
Write once, run twenty
Keep your mesocycles as templates. Create plans and use them as blueprints for other clients with one click.
03
Analytics you define
Calisthenics skills, CrossFit, strongman: all of it charted. You set the rep ranges and what a secondary muscle is worth, then write the next block based on data.
04
Video feedback
Your client films the set and uploads it straight onto the exercise. Watch it and leave your feedback.
01CLIENTS

Manage your clients from one screen.

Progress, status, and unread messages. Click on a client and their whole training history opens.

02PROGRAM

From macrocycle down to the set.

Program macrocycles, mesocycles, weeks, and sessions. Move, copy, duplicate. We built the training tab to account for all the edge cases we encountered in ten years of coaching.

03REVIEW

Recaps, week after week.

Every recap stacks this block's volume against the one before it. Read it at a glance, then periodize the next block from what the data shows.

— Methods

Program anything.
Analyse all of it.

Twelve block types, from sets and reps through to myoreps and AMRAP circuits. Program a weighted pull-up, a timed hold or a band-assisted rep and it lands in the volume, rep range and effort charts like any barbell lift. We wanted to cover everything: calisthenics, streetlifting, powerlifting, strongman.

The coaching hub, screen by screen.

01

Client Dashboard

Open a client and read their week. e1RM trends, adherence, session progress, and a muscle heat map, before you touch their program.

02

Your Roster

Every client with their current plan, week, day, and status. The messenger sits over the top, so a question about tomorrow gets answered here.

TrainLog web app — Reusable Templates
03

Reusable Templates

Your own library of mesocycle templates, in folders you organise. Drop one on a client, change what they need, start Monday.

TrainLog web app — Trackables
04

Trackables

Bodyweight, sleep, steps, resting HR, circumferences, and skin folds. See how a client is doing before you decide what to give them.

TrainLog web app — Detailed Analytics
05

Detailed Analytics

PRs and e1RM trends per lift, for whichever client you have open. Set your own rep ranges and effort bands, and decide what a secondary muscle is worth.

TrainLog web app — The Training Tab
06

The Training Tab

Pick a method and the editor reshapes around it: an EMOM gets intervals, a drop set gets drops. Four weeks side-by-side, so a mesocycle is one read.

TrainLog web app — Session Recaps
07

Session Recaps

Session, week, and mesocycle recaps, each with a muscle heat map and the performance records underneath. You can see a lift flatten out weeks before it costs a session.

TrainLog web app — Calendar
08

Calendar

A client's whole month on one grid, with a status ring on every day. Sessions they never confirmed queue up for you to clear.

TrainLog web app — Repetition Maxes
09

Repetition Maxes

Tested rep maxes per lift, tracked over time. Program loads as percentages, so 80% means 80% of what this client actually lifted.

TrainLog web app — Exercise Library
10

Exercise Library

400+ exercises with video and muscle groups, filterable five ways at once. Add your own, upload your own clips, and assign a variation to one client.

01 / 10
— The controls

You decide
what counts.

A set logged on a phone is in your charts before the session ends. What those charts count is up to you: four controls decide where a rep range starts, when effort becomes hard, and how much of a bench press belongs to the triceps.

Control · Mode
One lift, or everything that hit the muscle.
One switch changes the question. Exercise mode charts tested and estimated rep maxes for a single lift. Muscle mode charts everything that landed on a muscle group, whatever exercise put it there.
Control · Rep ranges
Where a rep range starts is your call.
Sets split into low, mid, and high bands, with the boundaries where you put them. Move one and every column re-splits, because the chart is computed from the filter itself.
Control · Effort bands
Easy, hard, and max, on your scale.
The same split by RPE, against thresholds you set. If hard starts at 8 for you, the effort chart reads that way.
Control · Coefficient
What is a secondary muscle worth?
A bench press is chest, plus some front delt and some triceps. This decides how much of that secondary work counts toward the muscle's weekly total, so volume numbers mean what you think they mean.

An AI pass runs across the same data between sessions, and flags what you would otherwise catch two check-ins late.

— The loop

Feedback every week.
Every client.

This is the part that used to take a Sunday. The session lands on your screen as your client finishes it, the form video sits on the set it came from, and the cue you leave is waiting for them at the next warm-up.

Coach — web app
Athlete — mobile
01
Client logs the session.
They tap in the numbers they hit and record the set if it is worth watching. The video sits on the set it belongs to.
02
You review, right where it is.
Open the client, watch the clip, leave a cue on the exercise. It takes the length of the video.
03
The fix lands on the next rep.
Your note is waiting on the next session's first exercise. They read it before the first working set.
— The Story

Built by coaches — for athletes and coaches.

TrainLog is built by the team behind Sthenics — coaches who've programmed training for 400+ clients over the last decade and specialise in Calisthenics, where a set can be a hold measured in seconds, progress runs through band assists, and your own bodyweight is part of the load. Every feature here comes from a real coaching problem we had to solve.
