EULA

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and our Terms and Conditions, StrengthBit Technologies d.o.o. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the TrainLog application on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application except as permitted by applicable law
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or transfer the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
• Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws

The application is licensed, not sold. StrengthBit Technologies d.o.o. retains all rights, title and interest in and to the application, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the TrainLog name, logo, or trademarks.

The application includes third-party open-source components, each governed by its own licence. A list of components and their licences is available in the app under Settings → About → Open-source licences. Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under any applicable open-source licence.

We may release updates to the application from time to time. Updates may be required for security, compatibility or feature reasons; you agree that the application may download and install updates automatically when your device settings allow it.

The application is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the application is also subject to the terms of the platform you obtained it from. In case of conflict between this EULA and the platform terms regarding your use of the application, this EULA prevails to the extent permitted.

If you obtained the application from the Apple App Store: this EULA is between you and StrengthBit Technologies d.o.o., not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the application to you. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it.

The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. StrengthBit Technologies d.o.o. does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.
